Bigger Stronger

Bringing three years of experience with Brisbane City Council’s Economic Growth & Development Team, Dylan D’Roza has joined SMA with a strong background in stakeholder and supply chain engagement, economic development initiatives and sponsorship assessment. 

With frontline experience, Dylan has contributed to the initial planning for the Brisbane 2032 Olympic and Paralympic Games, giving him valuable insight into the power of major events that bring people, organisations and communities together and he will put his love of people and sport to work with SMA creating new partnership opportunities.

With a background in business and human performance, Dylan has a genuine understanding of how sport and events create positive social, economic and community outcomes. His people-centred approach, ability to build strong relationships and talent for uniting diverse stakeholders will be a great asset to the team. 

Director, Jason Sleeman, said the SMA team was looking forward to seeing Dylan put his experience and passion to work as he helps build and cement new partnerships that create lasting impact and strengthen the communities we serve.
